So I had little to no expectations for this product but I am actually pretty impressed at how the skin on the backs of my hands and forearms has improved in 3 short weeks of using this. I used to tan in the sun and in tanning beds religiously all throughout my teens and most of my 20s. I'm 37 now. The past few years I noticed all these awful splotches on my arms and hands. I am really incredibly lucky my face isn't busted from the amount of tanning I used to do. I don't have a single fine line on my face and I was able to remove all the melasma (it was very light but still there) from my face through a series of microneedling treatments (NOT home dermarolling!! Microneedling performed by a licensed esthetician at a full service medical spa) and other serums for dark spots. Nothing that worked on my face ever seemed to work on my hands or arms except this hand cream by Juice Beauty. The spots are noticeably lighter on both my hands and forearms and the skin is brighter. I do have the crepey thing going on a littl eon the backs of my hands. I think I might need a different product to tackle the loss of elasticity due to all the years of sun damage but I feel like I am on the right track with this product. I might try it on my decolletté as well. I had success improving the texture of my skin there through microneedling, but not the spots so much. The price point on this is excellent too. Just wish it was a larger tube for how often I use it. It's also pretty moisturizing and my hands are always dry. I like the smell even though it reminds me of hotel shampoo.

This lotion was less creamy than I expected and not very moisturizing (my hands felt dry again ten mins after applying); also did absolutely nothing for my cuticles (in fact, left them more raggedy/dry than before using the lotion). Also, the odor is not exactly green apple - its a sour, slightly rancid smell. Had to throw out my tube after trying it for just a few days as the smell was unpalatable and my hands were completely unimproved in the areas of dryness, smoothness and softness. Therefore, I unfortunately have no idea if there are any longer term anti-aging benefits with continued use.
