Surprise My Pet is a monthly subscription service for dogs. During sign-up, you are asked to specify the size of your dog (tiny, small, medium or large). Each month, they send 4-7 toys, treats, chews, and other goodies that's appropriate for your dog.

As if today, Surprise My Pet has lowered their monthly subscription fees. Here are the details:

$19/month - When pre-paid for yearly (Use to be $29/month)
$23/month - When pre-paid for 3 months (Use to be $34/month)
$25/month - Month to Month (Use to be $39/month)
