Loot Crate's April theme is "Fantasy". Some subscribers received their boxes before the official shipping date, and posted photos on Instagram. I'm not sure how the boxes went out early for certain individuals. Since photos were being shared, I saw what was included before my package arrived.

Product: Exclusive Dungeons & Dragons T-Shirt (Wizard of the Coast / Loot Crate Labs)
Retail Value: $14.99 (Estimated)
This is an exclusive and officially licensed t-shirt featuring Dungeons & Dragons. I like that the design on the shirt is simple and clean, which makes it easy to wear. We got it in my hubby's size, so I should say it's easier for him to wear. The fabric feel soft and sturdy and has a good thickness to it.
Product: Harry Potter Luggage Tag (BIOWORLD)
Retail Value: $9.95
We love Harry Potter. Hubby and I fought over this luggage tag. We agreed that he would put it on his laptop backpack, and I can use it when we go travelling. This luggage tag measures about 3.5" and is made of flexible rubber and PVC.
Product: Exclusive Inflatable Crown (Loot Crate Labs)
Retail Value: $1.99 (Estimated)
This is an exclusive inflatable crown made by Loot Crate. It looks very similar to the King for the Day Inflatable Crown sold by Urban Outfitters. I wasn't sure what we'd do with the crown, so hubby is taking it to his office. Apparently they are doing a contest on who can guess the next person to "cease to exist" on Game of Thrones. The winner will wear this crown.
Product: Exclusive RPG Bow Tie (Black Tie Geek)
Retail Value: $10.00 (Estimated)
The RPG bow tie features patterns that resembles Dungeons & Dragons. It can also be worn as a hair tie. I am a little confused about who produced this item. The label on the bow tie says Black Tie Geek, who was featured in Loot Crate's January box. However, the magazine says Spotted & Tied. I think it's most likely a misprint because Spotted & Tied doesn't look like they make geeks and gamers products. Black Tie Geek's site is still under construction so I'm unable to confirm.
Product: The Princess Bride Playing Cards (Albino Dragon)
Retail Value: $14.99
Who doesn't like The Princess Bride! It's surprising I didn't realize Claire Underwood from House of Cards is Princess Buttercup. Anyhow, this deck of custom illustrated images and characters is beautiful. I know I will just end up looking at the pictures instead of actually using it. The description says that the plastic coating on the cards are made to resist tearing and staining, which makes these cards super sturdy. As a side note, you can purchase these cards from Amazon for much lower price.
Product: Exclusive Game of Thrones USB Flash Drive (CustomUSB)
Retail Value: $14.99 (Estimated)
Yes! This is the reason I got excited about this month's Loot Crate - a grey direwolf House Stark USB drive. It has 4GB of memory. CustomUSB also sells another version made of zinc alloy, but this one is exclusive to Loot Crate. The value I estimated is high for a 4GB USB, but I had to factor in this also being a Game of Thrones novelty product.
Product: Game of Thrones Magnet Set (Dark Horse)
Retail Value: $5.99 (Estimated)
The original magnet set from Dark Horse features house sigils of all seven noble families of Westeros. This version contains four of the seven probably because these four houses are the big focus of the current show. Either way, I am excited about more Game of Thrones products.

Final Thoughts: This month's Loot Crate is awesome for me. I like all of the titles featured, and enjoy novelty items from these game, shows or books. Again, Loot Crate sends a lot of exclusive items, so the value is estimated based on similar products. Personally, this is my favorite Loot Crate box this year.
