The box comes with a card detailing all of the included items and prices.

Boxycharm February 2015 Modern Mineral Duo Brush

Boxycharm February 2015 Modern Mineral Duo Brush Close Up

Product: Modern Minerals Duo Fiber Mini Round Brush
Retail Value: $15.00

This is a little makeup brush made for shading, creating smokey eyes, and highlighting. The brush is super soft and well made. None of the strands came off when I tugged it for testing. It’s a useful brush to have, so it’ll be going into my makeup bag.

Boxycharm February 2015 Mullein & Sparrow Facial Mask

Product: Mullein & Sparrow Facial Mask (1 oz)
Retail Value: $15.00

I love the packaging design and glass container of this product! The ingredient list is simple and clean: Kaolinite (kaolin clay), rhassoul clay, sea clay, bentonite clay, Rosa centifolia (rose), Aloe vera, and Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil, of which the last three are organic. You mix a small amount of water to form a smooth paste and apply to moistened skin. The instructions doesn’t specify how long you leave it on, so I assume I can wash it off once it dries.

Boxycharm February 2015 ncLA Nail Lacquer Heart Attack

Product: ncLA Nail Lacquer in "Heart Attack"
Retail Value: $16.00 (Full Size)

The ncLA Heart Attack polish is a "5 Free" luxury nail lacquer, 100% free of DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, camphor, and animal testing. I have more nail polishes than I have time to put on, but this one is so darn cute with the pink and red hearts. I have a feeling I’ll need to fish out the little hearts when applying to make sure I get them on my nails.

Boxycharm February 2015 Jing Ai Velvet Shine Lip Jewel

Product: Jing Ai Velvet Shine Lip Jewel in Pink a Boo
Retail Value: $22.00 (Full Size)

Jing Ai's pink and white packaging is pretty and feminine. This lip crayon is infused with 100% natural macadamia seed oil, shea butter, and jojoba seed oil. In addition, it is also paraben free. I have to admit I love anything pink (although I may be in the minority here), but the Pink a Boo shade is a little bright for me. It is moisturizing and definitely highly pigmented as promised by the manufacturer!

Boxycharm February 2015 Mistura Beauty C2P Corrector

Product: Mistura Beauty Solutions C-2-P Complexion Corrector
Retail Value: $30.00 (Full Size)

If you were wondering like me, C-2-P stands for cream-to-powder. This concealer contains coconut oil and shea butter for moisturization, and is formulated without parabens. It applies like a cream and turns into a powder finish. It is instantly matte upon application. However, it is made to be one shade for all skin tones, so luckily it worked for me.

ProductsRetail Value
Modern Minerals Duo Fiber Mini Round Brush $15.00
Mullein & Sparrow Facial Mask (1 oz) $15.00
ncLA Nail Lacquer in "Heart Attack" $16.00
Jing Ai Velvet Shine Lip Jewel in Pink a Boo $22.00
Mistura Beauty Solutions C-2-P Complexion Corrector $30.00
Total $98.00

Final Thoughts: The total retail value of this box is $98.00, which is amazing for a $21.00 box. Also, if you commit to an annual subscription, the monthly cost comes down to $19.25. I personally liked all of the products even though the Jing Ai lip crayon is a bit bright for me. The other issue I do see is that the Mistura complexion corrector only comes in one color, and it’s pretty difficult to create one-shade-fits-all for skin tone specific products. In conclusion, the February 2015 Boxycharm box has incredible value and beautiful presentation, but some of the products may not be suitable for everyone.
