Kloverbox March 2015 BAGGU Small 3D Zip Bag in Mint Stripe

Product: BAGGU Small 3D Zip Bag in Mint Stripe

This BAGGU zip bag is made out of ripstop nylon, lightweight, and feels sturdy. It works great as a travelling bag for all my small accessories or makeup. The mint stripes works really well with Kloverbox's color scheme!

Kloverbox March 2015 Urban Oreganics Rosewater Toner

Product: Urban Oreganics Rosewater Toner
Retail Value: $14.00 (Full Size)

Urban Oreganics is an Etsy shop that specializes in handcrafted bath and beauty products. I would have loved to try out this toner since it's organic and made with such clean ingredients. Unfortunately, all of the subscribers received a notification to discontinue using the product due to containers issues. Below is a quote from the email:

In the past few days Kloverbox has received a number of concerned emails regarding the Rosewater Toner. Initially, Urban Oreganics advised us particles in the toner were simply bits of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice. After further analysis, Urban Oreganics reached out to the container supplier only to find out other companies using these particular bottles have experienced similar after-effects. The containers purchased by Urban Oreganics came from two separate production batches which would explain why most Rosewater Toners are fine and retain a clear appearance and some toners have particles that have not settled. In either case, we would like for all subscribers to discontinue use of this product.

Although I was disappointed that I cannot try out the product, I think Kloverbox handled the situation well and was very honest in communicating the issue to the subscribers.

Kloverbox March 2015 Marley's Monsters Reusable 3" Facial Rounds

Product: Marley's Monsters Reusable 3" Facial Rounds (4 Pieces)
Retail Value: $2.40

Marley's Monsters is another featured Etsy shop this month. These reusable facial rounds are composed of 2 layers of 100% cotton flannel. They feel soft and are well made. I like that they can be washed and dried in the dryer.

Kloverbox March 2015 White & Elm Pomegranate Renewing Eye Serum

Product: White & Elm Pomegranate Renewing Eye Serum
Retail Value: $18.00 (Full Size)

This handmade eye serum is mostly composed of organic ingredients like apricot kernel oil, pomegranate seed oil, argan oil, avocado oil, rosehip oil, and etc. It is intended to brighten your eyes by helping to reverse signs of aging and strengthen the delicate skin around them. It doesn't really have any scent except the smell of oil. The container makes it easy to carry around.

Kloverbox March 2015 Pelle Beauty Luxe Beauty Balm

Product: Pelle Beauty Luxe Beauty Balm (4 ml)
Retail Value: $8.67

The Pelle Beauty Luxe Beauty Balm is a facial moisturizer for sensitive, dry and dehydrated skin types. It is highly concentrated and does not contain water. The balm is formulated with floral waxes, essential oils, and antioxidant-rich ingredients. I love the clean scent of this balm!

Kloverbox March 2015 Jillian Wright Skincare Double Surface Exfoliator

Product: Jillian Wright Skincare Double Surface Exfoliator (3.7 ml)
Retail Value: $4.07

This exfoliator contains bamboo stem powder, which is a natural scrub that draws away pollutants and leaves the skin hydrated and smooth. I typically use exfoliators once or twice a week, and I'm very excited about this product. I love that it's composed of natural botanicals and organic ingredients. It is also paraben, phthalate, and sulfate free.

Final Thoughts: This is my first Kloverbox, and I love every product in here! I'm not sure if there's an intended "theme" with this box, but I noticed that almost all of the items (minus the BAGGU) is related to facial skin care. I'm sad that I won't be able to use the rosewater toner because it seems like such a good product. Kloverbox promised an item of same or greater value as a replacement in the next box, so I'm looking forward to the surprise. If this box is any indication, I'm sure I will be happy with whatever they send. I received about $55 worth of products for $25, so the value is there for me.
