Kloverbox Subscription Box Review - April 2015

Although this is only my second month with Kloverbox so far, I am loving this subscription. They are relatively new, so click here to learn more if you are not familiar with the box. Last month, there was an issue with the Urban Oreganics Rosewater Toner. Subscribers were asked to discontinue using the product, and an item of equal or greater value will be included this month. Again, I think Kloverbox handled the situation very well by openly communicating with their customers. I'm still catching up on reviews, but very excited to share what I've got in my April box.

Product: Kosmatology Foaming Hand Soap
Retail Value: $8.99 (Full Size)

We use organic hand soaps free of perfumes and triclosan at home. This hand soap came just in time because I was just about to restock. In addition, I received the grapefruit version, which is the scent of my choice! According to the card, these hand soaps are sent out with assorted scents. I got lucky and received exactly what I would've chosen!

Product: Old Orchard No. 10 Baobab & Rosehip Lotion Bar

This lotion bar is beautiful! The color is fitting for Spring, and the soap is really nicely carved. According to the card, the lotion bar is composed of natural and organic oils, non-greasy and moisturizing. I also love the sweet citrus scent. As you can probably tell, citrus is my preferred fragrance for any products. I'm probably never going to use this lotion bar because it's too pretty!

Product: Bridge Nine Candle Co. Citrus Candle

Ok, this month is just full of products with my favorite scent. The Bridge Nine Candle Co. Citrus Candle is soy based using all natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and fragrance oils. It has a very fresh citrus smell, and I love it.

Product: Real Beauty for a Cause Coffee Scrub (2 oz)
Retail Value: $7.50

From my past experience, coffee scrubs are a bit messy to use in the shower, which is why it takes me some time to finish a jar. I tried a little bit of this scrub, and it exfloliates nicely and leaves my skin soft and smooth. In addition, I think it's great that Real Beauty for a Cause donates 25% of every purchase to charities.

Product: Rani’s Yummy Buttered Oats Shooters
Retail Value: $1.99 (Full Size, Single Pack)

I received the cinnamon flavored version, which is my favorite. It's amazing considering that I never get too lucky when it comes to variations in boxes. Almost every item so far has come in my choice of scent or flavor. These oats have a good balance of crunchiness and chewiness. I love the buttered vanilla cinnamon taste!

Product: Urban Oreganics Brush Cleaner
Retail Value: $20.00 (Full Size)

This is the item that replaces last month's Urban Oreganics Rosewater Toner. I normally wash my makeup brushes in warm water and hand soap. I'm pretty sure this isn't best practice, but it's my lazy way of getting it done. Therefore, this brush cleaner is very useful to me, and I am glad Kloverbox decided to include this.

Final Thoughts: I love this month's Kloverbox. Every single item came in the scent or flavor of my preference. Moreover, every single item is useful. I especially like the Old Orchard No. 10 Baobab & Rosehip Lotion Bar. It's intricately carved, and so pretty! As a side note, the total retail value does not include the Urban Oreganics Brush Cleaner since it's a replacement. Overall, the April Kloverbox is definitely a win for me!
