Kairos is a lifestyle subscription box. Each month, they send 3-5 surprise products from a themed curation of accessories, jewelry, stationary, and home decor from independent artists. These items are meant to bring inspiration, loveliness, and creativity. The August 2015 box theme is about adventure, inspired by Tolkien’s quote, "Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost."

Product: Oh Darling Let's Be Adventurers Travel Journal (Wayfaren)
Retail Value: $11.50
It looks like the Oh Darling Let's Be Adventurers journal is no longer available, but there are similar versions in the Wayfaren etsy shop. This journal is handmade and very unique. I definitely don't write in notebooks enough nowadays.
Product: 3D Bronze Paper Airplane Necklace (ZenLunaticNYC)
Retail Value: $14.49
This is a lovely paper airplane style necklace in bronze finish. It feels sturdy and definitely matches the theme very well. I feel like going travelling!
Product: Holly Golightly Slumber Mask (GoiaBoutique)

Everyone needs one of these slumber masks. It's perfect to use at home or on an airplane (of course!).

Final Thoughts: I really enjoy Kairos' monthly theme and curation. This month's theme is all about adventure and travelling. I definitely feel inspired to go somewhere, although I won't be able to for a while. The value is a little lower this month, but the items are wonderful so I think it's worth the investment.
