Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Cheetos Jumbo Colmillos

Product: Cheetos Jumbo Colmillos
Retail Value: $3.00

Colmillos stands for fangs in Spanish, so this is a Halloween edition spicy Cheetos. I originally thought they looked like bear claws. We love hot and spicy snacks, so we really enjoyed these Cheetos Jumbo Colmillos.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - 7 Days Original Baked Rolls Pizza

Product: 7 Days Original Baked Rolls Pizza
Retail Value: $3.50

This original baked rolls pizza is from Greece. They actually taste like pizza with tomato sauce. It’s thin and has a nice crunch.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Ozmo Cornet and Doraemon Corn Potage and Bibi Bear Rice Cake

Product: Ozmo Cornet Chocolate Cone
Retail Value: $2.00

This is sort of like Ice Cream Drumsticks except it's filled with chocolate and topped with M&M-like candies. I imagine kids would love these.

Product: Doraemon Corn Potage
Retail Value: $0.50 (Estimated)

In Japan, corn potage is actually corn soup. This is a corn soup flavored snack. The texture is similar to Cheetos, so it can be almost described as a giant Cheeto. There's a lot of flavor to this puffy and crunchy bar.

Product: Bibi Bear Rice Cake
Retail Value: $0.50 (Estimated)

Bibi Bear Rice Cake is from Taiwan. The one I receive is a vegetable flavored bar. There isn't a whole lot of flavor, and the texture makes me feel like I was eating chewable paper. This one is sadly a miss for me.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Lotte Matcha Caramel Chew Candy and Solen Crazy

Product: Lotte Matcha Caramel Chew Candy
Retail Value: $1.58

These matcha (green tea) caramel chew candies are delicious. They taste exactly like Japanese green tea but sweetened. By the way, Lotte is a Korean company. I used to think they are from Japan because most of the snacks I've had from them are Japanese. You can find Lotte branded products everywhere in Japan as well.

Product: Solen Crazy
Retail Value: $2.00

Solen Crazy is a Milk Chocolate Coated Wafer with Crispy Rice from Turkey. It's light but crunchy. The chocolate has the right amount of sweetness and not too rich. It is a delicious chocolate wafer.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Nucita Trisabor Confites and Obctbkobka Rama

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Nucita Trisabor Confites Close Up

Product: Nucita Trisabor Confites
Retail Value: $1.00 (Estimated)

Nucita Trisabor Confites is a chocolate snack with three flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Creamy Strawberry. It also comes with some chocolate candies that's very similar to M&Ms. The container also came with a cute little spoon to scoop the chocolate and chocolate candies. I'm actually not sure exactly how you are supposed to eat the two together, so I got some chocolate "dip" and ate it with the M&M-like candies. I also included a close-up photo of what's inside.

Product: Obctbkobka Rama
Retail Value: $0.50 (Estimated)

I'm not sure if have the right name for the product, and I am not able to type the special characters on my keyboard. This is a crunchy and nutty snack. It's not my favorite, but I'm sure some people will find it to their liking.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Glico Pretz Tom Yum Flavor and Lotte Pepero Nude Chocolate Biscuits

Product: Glico Pretz Tom Yum Flavor
Retail Value: $2.00

Although these doesn't taste exactly like Tom Yum, they definitely have the hot and sour flavors. They are very delicious and easy to snack on.

Product: Lotte Pepero Nude Chocolate Biscuits
Retail Value: $2.00

These are chocolate filled biscuit sticks. I nick named them Reverse-Pocky (you'll get it if you watch The Flash) since Pocky sticks are usually chocolate covered. These are super yummy, and I like that they are not too sweet.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Barcel Takis Zombie Habanero and Cucumber Tortilla Chips and Haribo Phantasia Gummi Candy

Product: Barcel Takis Zombie Habanero and Cucumber Tortilla Chips

These can be best described as rolled-up tortilla chips lightly flavored with habanero and cucumber. They are light and can be enjoyed anytime.

Product: Haribo Phantasia Gummi Candy
Retail Value: $2.00 (Estimated)

My husband and I love gummies, so this was the first thing we ate. They are pretty much what you would expect from Haribo.

Boxometry MunchPak October 2015 Review - Nutella & Go!

Final Thoughts: So far, we are loving MunchPak because you get to try so many different snacks from around the world. Although some of the brands are familiar to us, there are quite a few we've never heard of before. We love to eat and try foods from different countries, and MunchPak provides that variety in each box. The value of some products are estimated because I cannot find them for sale in the US. Luckily, I am pretty familiar with prices on the Asian branded snacks, so hopefully they are pretty close to retail. Overall, if you are looking for a variety snack subscription, I would definitely recommend MunchPak.
