After the February incident, I am glad that I received the correct March box. As much as I like surprises, I was not too excited about receiving a box from four months ago. This is a convenient compact of 4 concealer shades that covers dark circles, blemishes, and minor imperfections. It is hypoallergenic and features virgin marula oil to help hydrate the skin. I think this is a good concealer product to include in subscription boxes since it's not skintone specific and can be used by anyone.
Product: Modelco More Brows Eyebrow Thickening Gel in Medium/Dark

I usually use an eyebrow brush. This is the first time I tried to apply a thickening gel, and I love it. My eyebrows aren't sparse or over-plucked, but this mascara-like applicator is so easy to use. The card specified Medium/Dark so I assume everyone received the same color.
Product: Bellapierre Cosmetics Cheek & Lip Stain in Pink

As much as I like anything pink, this shade of pink is a bit too bright for me as a cheek stain. I may be able to use it for the lips, but it definitely has some "Barbie pinkness" factor. I hate to give up a product, but this may have to be gifted to someone more suited for the color.
Product: Nexxus New York Salon Care Color Assure Shampoo

This floral-scented shampoo from Nexxus is silicone and sulfate free. It contains white orchid extract, vitamin B-5, and UV protectors. The bottle indicates that the shampoo is step 1 of a 3-step hair care system. While I am a big proponent of full-size products, I think it would have been nice to receive samples of the entire Color Assure system to try out as an alternative.
Product: Orogold Cosmetics 24K Multi-Vitamin Day Moisturizer (0.1 oz)

I've seen the Orogold brand in my local shopping malls, but have never tried any of their products. My mom got a little foil sample from one of the salespeople although I don't think she ever opened it. This Orogold 24K moisturizer cost $178 for 1.7 oz. I read through the ingredient list, and gold is indeed listed. That is one hefty price tag, but I guess you are technically paying for gold. The moisturizer has a nice scent and the texture is smooth and creamy. Gold is supposed to help reduce signs of aging by plumping and firming the skin. The little containers I received doesn't specify the amount, so I compared them to another sample container I have. I'm estimating each little jar to have about 0.05 oz, which comes out to a total of 0.1 oz with two of them.

Final Thoughts: There is a good mix of products in this month's GLOSSYBOX. My favorite item is the Modelco More Brows Eyebrow Thickening Gel simply because it is easy to apply and works very well for me. I like the Nexxus shampoo although I wish they included a little of each of the 3-step system. Lastly, I am somewhat skeptical about the Orogold moisturizer since the reviews on their site doesn't feel authentic. Some of it read like advertisement. Perhaps I'm overthinking it. Overall, the March GLOSSYBOX has great retail value, and I can make use of most of the items included.
