I chose the iPhone 6 case for my subscription. The package arrived in a small white padded envelope. The only item inside was the case. There was no packaging on the case, not even a plastic bag. Although their site clearly stated one phone case and a free random gift, I did not receive anything else besides the case. Perhaps they mean to say "a free gift will be included randomly" instead of a random gift will be included with subscrption. This is not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it since it can be a bit misleading.

The case is made of plastic, and the surface is soft to the touch. The design on the case is cute, and the colors are vibrant. The print quality is decent overall, but the edge printing is not great. I included a close-up shot.

What really started to confuse me was the inside of the case says "Phone Case of the Month." If you are not familiar, Phone Case of the Month is a different monthly phone case subscription. I'm not entirely sure why Phone Case A Month is printing the logo of a competing subcom.

Final Thoughts: Phone Case A Month is a relatively new subscription company, so perhaps they are still working out the details of their process. While I like the design on the case, they need to improve the printing. I’m completely baffled by the Phone Case of the Month logo inside their case though. Overall, my experience has been rather underwhelming due to the unclear site verbiage, the print quality, and using the logo of another subscription. I hope I am not being too harsh, but they definitely need to resolve some of the issues I've identified in order to provide a better customer experience and meet expectations.
