Prospurly Subscription Box Review & Coupon - July 2015

Prospurly is a natural and organic lifestyle subscription box. Each month, they deliver 6-8 luxurious products such as gourmet foods, bath and body essentials, or gifts and games that can be shared with family and friends. Products included are always organic, artisan crafted and sustainable. In addition, 2% of all sales are donated to humanitarian, environmental & animal rights causes. The July collection is entitled "Bonfires and Barbecues," which is inspired by sharing quality time with loved ones.

Product: McFadden Farms Organic Grilling Herbs

I love the smell of herb seasoning blends. You can use this on any meats, poultry, fish or vegetables you are grilling. Everything is 100% organic, and it does not contain salt or preservatives.

Product: Your Wingman Honey BBQ Sauce

Your Wingman is a family owned business. They make different sauces, including this honey BBQ sauce. I love honey BBQ. Your Wingman crafts each bottle by hand in very small batches, and sources the best ingredients in the region.

Product: Larry's Bag of Smoke

We haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I love the little convenient bag of barbecue wood chips. To use, simply poke a few holes in the bag, soak for 2 minutes and place on a tray directly on the grill grate.

Product: Skin By Pom CLNS Cleanser

Although the card lists the value at $15, the retail price on the manufacturer's site appears to be $20. This cleanser is specifically formulated for blemished skin, and is mildly acidic. After using it, my face feels squeaky clean.

Product: Vicara Refresh Aroma Face Mist

The Vicara Refresh Aroma Face Mist is composed of essential oils of Oregon Lavender, Sweet Orange, Lemon and Sandalwood in distilled water with Witch Hazel. It is advertised to be an excellent mist for setting makeup or sprucing up your mood throughout the day. I'm terrible at spraying anything on my face, because I feel paranoid about getting products in my eye or accidentally inhaling it. However, you can use this as a room spray as well, so that works out much better for me. It definitely has a very refreshing smell!

Product: Solid Maple Wood Muddler

I couldn't find the exact same ones since the card did not specify the manufacturer. This muddler is crafted with sustainably sourced Maple Wood, and is a great bar tool for summer cocktails. I originally had no idea what it was until I read the detail card. It's meant to muddle mint, citruses, or any ingredients you want for refreshments.

Product: Lot 450 Citronella Candle Mason Jar

I love citrus scented candles. When I first took a whiff of this candle, it immediately reminded me of bug repellent or a very clean public restroom. When I read the detail card, it all made sense. It is, in fact, a candle made to repel mosquitos. The candle is crafted with palm wax, pesticide, plus herbicide free and natural soybean oil. It is meant for outdoor use. Luckily, there aren't any mosquitoes where I live, but it also means I won't be able to use the candle for its purpose.

Final Thoughts: This box of products definitely fits the "Bonfires and Barbecues" theme. I like that Prospurly also included a refreshing mist and cleanser to help clear the air, and clean the smoky scent from the skin. It is a well curated box, and all of the items are full-size products!
